S O M M E R K N U S sweater
Join Janet (and Alane) for this new class - Sommerknus is a round-yoke sweater worked from the top down with the ability to adjust the sleeve length as you would like. The top has an all-over textured stitch pattern, easy to follow for the adventurous knitter.

Skill level: adventurous beginner; participants should know basic knitting stitches and be able to work in the round. The pattern includes short rows, picking up stitches and different texture patterns using knits and purls.

Class meets on: Fridays, January 10, January 24, February 7, and February 21 from 1:30-3:30pm
Cost: $120 for 4 sessions

Yarn as suggested in the pattern (we have several recommendations)

BUILDING BLOCKS WORKSHOP with Alane

Do you know how to knit and purl, but want to expand your skills?
Building Blocks is a skill building class that has students knitting a different 12” block every month that can be pieced together to create a lovely sampler afghan.

Class meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday, from 3:00-5:00pm.
​
Enrollment is ongoing, students starting the class may be in the company of other knitters further along.
Note: The $30 class fee is per session. However, not all sessions are required. Attendance is optional based on your needs and/or technique assistance.
